CHEVROLET ENJOY CAR INSURANCE

The Chevrolet Enjoy multipurpose vehicle (MPV) was first showcased in India in 2012. The car was available both in diesel and petrol versions. It came with a number of colour options.  A facelift was later launched with major interior modifications and subtle exterior changes. The car’s interior was opulent with chrome touches on the air-conditioning vents and gear knob. The changes on the exterior included blacked out B-pillars and chrome accents on the rear license plate. The Chevrolet Enjoy was discontinued when General Motors quit the Indian automobile market in 2017.

Chevrolet Enjoy Car Insurance Coverage

Third-party insurance: This is the most basic car insurance that can be availed and is mandatory by law. It covers damages caused to third-party life and property because of negligence on account of the policyholder while using the car.

Comprehensive insurance: A comprehensive insurance policy is the highest level of security you can avail for your car. It covers losses arising out of theft, fires, riots, natural calamities and similar incidents. The premium is marginally higher than that of a third-party policy.

Chevrolet Enjoy Insurance: Add-On Covers

Zero depreciation: This is also known as bumper-to-bumper insurance or nil depreciation coverage. It pays for the full cost of external body repairs and/or replacement of the car, without considering the depreciated value.

Roadside assistance (RSA): A roadside accident can fully or partially damage your car. The occupants may also suffer bodily injuries. The RSA cover is of immense help in such situations. The cover can be bundled into the comprehensive insurance policy. In most cases an RSA attracts a small premium over and above the existing coverage.

No claim bonus (NCB) protection: An NCB protection is a discount offered when the customer doesn’t lodge a complaint during the policy period which is usually one year. For instance, if the policyholder has not tendered a claim in the first year, he/she is entitled to a 20 percent discount on the premium to be paid for the next year.

Engine protection: The engine protection cover is an add-on facility on the comprehensive car insurance policy. It compensates repair/replacement of engine parts like connecting rods, pistons, valves and similar components.

Chevrolet Enjoy– Review

The Chevrolet Enjoy was a no-frills MPV that was aimed to provide utility. The car was basically an improved version of the Wuling CN-100 Chinese multi-utility vehicle (MUV). The wide and tall stance of the Enjoy forged a true MPV look. The vehicle sported two-tone interiors and seating was rather comfortable compared to its peers. The car returned an average mileage of around 18kmpl.
